I need a quote for a Mac-only license, how can I get one?
If you need a quote for a new Mac-only license, please get in touch with our support team, and provide us with the information below:
- Mac-only license key (applicable for renewals and seat add-ons)
- Number of seats
- End-user company name
- Contact first and last name
- Contact email address
Note: Mac-only licenses do not have access to web app features. If your clients want all Sketch features, they should switch to a subscription (Workspace).
How do I purchase a Mac-only license?
New Mac-only license purchase
- Go to Pricing, and click on the Buy now button under the Mac-only license card.
- Enter your email address and select Continue.
- Under Licenses, change the quantity to the number of seats your customer requires (one seat per device).
- Add your shipping information and credit card details to complete the checkout.
Note: To ensure you receive the license details and receipt, you will need to place the order using your email.
Once the order has been completed, please provide us with the license information along with the email address of the intended admin so we can transfer the ownership.
Mac-only license renewal
- Go to License Overview, enter your customer’s license key (code starting with SK3), and scroll down until you see Manage your license.
- In the Renew section, adjust the number of seats you wish to renew using the panel on the right and view their price. Once ready, click the Renew button to proceed to checkout.
- Add your shipping information and credit card details to complete the checkout.
Mac-only license seat add-on
- Go to License Overview, enter your customer’s license key (beginning with “SK3”), and scroll down to the Manage Your License section.
- In the Add Seats section, adjust the number of seats you wish to add using the panel on the right to view the updated pricing. Once ready, click the Buy Extra Seats button to proceed to checkout.
- Add your shipping information and credit card details to complete the checkout.
How can I update the Admin email for my client’s Mac-only license?
Our support team can help you with updating the Admin email. Please get in touch with us with the following information:
- The email associated with the account you need to update.
- The new email address where the License Key will be linked.
- The invoice of the initial purchase (code starting with ‘BOH’ or 12-digit code — format: XXXXXXXX-XXXX)
- The last four digits of the Credit Card you used for the initial purchase.
