Our refund policy varies based on the type of purchase:
- Subscription
- Mac-only license
For subscription purchases, we offer a 30-day free trial that begins upon sign-up. If you cancel within the trial period, you won’t be charged.
Refunds for subscriptions
Our subscriptions refunds policy depends on the billing option you selected during the sign-up process.
For annual billing, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Subsequent purchases, such as additional seats and renewals, are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for monthly billing, but you can cancel anytime and not be billed again.
To request a refund for an initial charge with annual billing, please get in touch with us using your Workspace Owner email and the following information:
- The invoice number of the purchase you wish to be refunded, located in the top-left corner of your invoice.
- The last four numbers on the credit card you used for purchasing your annual subscription.
If you fail to prove your identity as the Workspace Owner within 30 days of your purchase, the refund request may be rejected at Sketch’s sole discretion.
Refunds for Mac-only licenses
We fully refund Mac-only licenses within 30 days of your initial purchase. Subsequent purchases, such as additional seats and renewals, are not refundable.
To request a refund for a license purchase, contact us with:
- The invoice number of the purchase you wish to be refunded, located in the top-left corner of your invoice.
- The last four digits of the credit card used to purchase your Mac-only license.
If you fail to prove your identity as the original purchaser within 30 days of your purchase, the refund request may be rejected at Sketch’s sole discretion.
Note: Our refund policy is designed to help with accidental purchases, incompatibility, and unsuitability. It is not intended as a way to use our product for free — we reserve the right to reject a refund if our policy is abused.
