Sketch and our payment providers are hosted on Amazon Web Services, which holds multiple certifications for its data centers — including ISO 27001 compliance, PCI Certification, and SOC2 Certification. Learn more at AWS Security and AWS Compliance.
The data is located in AWS us-east-1 across multiple availability zones (which correspond to several physical locations around North Virginia). See our subprocessor list for details on where Sketch data is processed and stored.
We currently don’t offer an on-premise setup (private cloud) or the option to use a different datacenter location, but we’re working on making that possible in the future.
