To get your Workspace URL, sign in to the web app and copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. Example: sketch.com/workspace/622518op-5rrfv-0123. You can find your Mac-only license key (SK3) in the License Admin.

You can include files (documents, screen recordings, screenshots, crash logs, etc.) by uploading them to any third-party file-sharing service, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, WeTransfer or similar, and pasting the URLs above. Please make sure the correct sharing permissions have been set. All files sent to us are 100% confidential. In case of bug reports, see how you can send us a Crash Log or Spindump.
