If you are a Reseller and are managing your client’s Mac-only license accounts, here are some common questions you might be wondering about:

## I need a quote for a Mac-only license, how can I get one?

If you need a quote for a new Mac-only license, please [get in touch with our support team](/support/contact/), and provide us with the information below:

1. Mac-only license key (applicable for renewals and seat add-ons)
1. Number of seats
1. End-user company name
1. Contact first and last name
1. Contact email address

**Note:** Mac-only licenses do not have access to web app features. If your clients want all Sketch features, they should switch to a subscription (Workspace).

## How do I purchase a Mac-only license?

### New Mac-only license purchase

1. Go to the [Pricing page](/pricing/), and click on the **Buy now** button under the **Mac-only license** banner.
1. Click on the checkbox next to **I am purchasing on behalf of someone else** and:
    1. Enter the end user email address on the **License owner email address** field;
    1. Enter your email address in the **Buyer email address** field;
    1. Select **Continue**.
1. Under **Licenses**, change the quantity to the number of seats your customer requires (one seat per device).
1. Add your shipping information and credit card details to complete the checkout.

**Note**: To ensure you receive the license details and receipt, please make sure to enter your email address in the **Buyer email address** field.

### Mac-only license renewal

1. Go to the [License Overview page](/license/), enter your customer’s license key (starting with SK3), and scroll down until you see **Manage your license**.
1. In the **Renew** section, adjust the number of seats you wish to renew using the panel on the right to view their price.
1. Once ready, click on the checkbox next to **I am purchasing on behalf of someone else** and:
    1. Enter your email address in the **Buyer email address** field;
    1. Click on the **Renew** button.
1. Add your shipping information and credit card details to complete the checkout.

### Mac-only license seat add-on

1. Go to the [License Overview page](/license/), enter your customer’s license key (starting with SK3), and scroll down to the **Manage Your License** section.
1. In the **Add Seats** section, adjust the number of seats you wish to add using the panel on the right to view the updated pricing.
1. Once ready, click on the checkbox next to **I am purchasing on behalf of someone else** and:
    1. Enter your email address in the **Buyer email address** field;
    1. Click on the **Buy extra seats** button.
1. Add your shipping information and credit card details to complete the checkout.

## How can I update the Admin email for my client’s Mac-only license?

Our support team can help you with updating the Admin email. Please [get in touch with us](/support/contact/) with the following information:

1. The email associated with the account you need to update.
1. The new email address where the License Key will be linked.
1. The invoice of the initial purchase (code starting with ‘BOH’ or 12-digit code — format: XXXXXXXX-XXXX)
1. The last four digits of the Credit Card you used for the initial purchase.

## My client would like a Standard or Professional plan subscription, how can I purchase one?
